Manager SC Digital S4

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation projects

  across demand, supply, inventory, procurement, and logistics functions.
• Work with client leadership to define

  digital roadmaps and implementation strategies

  for supply chain modernization.
• Manage solution design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of

  S/4HANA modules

  relevant to supply chain (MM, PP, SD, EWM, IBP integration).
• Drive integration of S/4HANA with other supply chain tools such as

  IBP, Control Tower, and advanced planning solutions

  .
• Ensure alignment of solution design with business objectives, industry best practices, and digital supply chain trends.
• Lead

  stakeholder management, governance, and change management

  for large-scale digital programs.
• Mentor and coach project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Contribute to business development through proposal preparation, client presentations, and thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in

  supply chain transformation

  with focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in one or more

  S/4HANA Supply Chain modules

  MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, or integrated planning.
• Proven experience in

  end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects

  .
• Understanding of

  supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing processes

  .
• Knowledge of integration between

  S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and other digital supply chain tools

  .
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex transformation programs.
