About the Role

Analyst SC Digital IBP (Integrated Business Planning)

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
processes for clients.
Assist in data gathering, cleansing, and preparation to support demand, supply, and inventory planning.
Build reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for
S&OP/IBP cycles
.
Perform
scenario analysis and forecasting
using digital planning tools.
Work with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply planning inputs.
Support project documentation, presentations, and client workshops.
Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and
best practices in IBP and supply chain planning
.
Collaborate with solution architects to configure and test IBP tools and platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

13 years of experience in
supply chain planning, demand/supply analytics, or FP&A
.
Understanding of
S&OP/IBP processes
and supply chain fundamentals.
Proficiency in
Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Exposure to
planning tools
(SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, O9, Blue Yonder preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
