Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your Japanese language expertise to lead collaborations and initiatives in Japan geography. - Act as the Business/Process Practitioner to conduct whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders. - Demonstrate proficiency in Business Architecture Framing through Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modeling, etc. - Engage in Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives. - Assist in asset, accelerator, and use case creation and enhancement. - Contribute to business development initiatives and showcase your ability to solve complex business problems. - Exhibit fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese language, along with a deep understanding of Japanese culture and work practices. - Apply strong analytical skills to arrive at clear-cut, methodical solutions. - Demonstrate the ability to solve complex business problems and ensure client satisfaction. - Showcase excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Possess cross-cultural competence and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Display strong team-management skills.
