Greetings from SBICAP Securities!!! We are hiring Auto Loan Sales Manager for Jodhpur . Location : Jodhpur Roles and Responsibilities : Managing sales of Auto Loan. Team handling, optimizing team productivity and achieving team results . Manage the sales team by appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies. Develop and manage the relationship with car dealers. Setting and achieving sales targets Monitoring sales performance and analyzing market trends Conducting regular team meetings Tracking and reporting key sales metrics Building strong customer relationships Liaising with other departments Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have good experience in car loan industry and experience in managing team.
