SBA AP Invoice Processing

Role Overview: As an Officer in the Invoice Processing department at Welspun World, your main responsibility will be to manage and oversee the entire invoice processing cycle in accordance with both Indian and International accounting standards. Your role will require a deep understanding of accounts reconciliation, international law fundamentals, and financial control measures. You are expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, entrepreneurship, a global mindset, and people excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the entire invoice processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all invoices. - Ensure compliance with both Indian and International accounting standards in all invoice processing activities. - Perform regular accounts reconciliation to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Apply knowledge of international law fundamentals, especially in relation to international transactions. - Implement and maintain financial control measures to protect the company's financial resources. - Make decisions and solve problems using strong business and commercial acumen. - Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team to foster an entrepreneurial culture. - Consider global implications in decision-making and actions by cultivating a global mindset. - Promote a positive and productive work environment to achieve people excellence. - Utilize analytical skills to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems. - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders. - Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all tasks. - Collaborate with team members and other departments effectively to meet company goals.
