SBA AP Invoice Processing

You will be working as an Officer in the Invoice Processing department at Welspun, where your primary responsibility will be managing and overseeing the entire invoice processing cycle in accordance with both Indian and International accounting standards. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, GR/IR reconciliation, vendor aging analysis, collaboration on system updates, stakeholder communication, process improvements, SAP utilization, and generating insightful reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee the entire invoice processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Ensure compliance with both Indian and International accounting standards. - Perform regular accounts reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. - Apply knowledge of international law fundamentals, especially in international transactions. - Implement and maintain financial control measures to protect company resources. - Demonstrate strong business acumen, entrepreneurship, and a global mindset. - Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and entrepreneurial culture within the team. - Foster a positive work environment promoting people excellence. - Utilize analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems. - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 years of experience in invoice processing or similar role. - Proficiency in Business & Commercial acumen, Entrepreneurship, Global Mind-set, People Excellence, Accounting Knowledge and Standards (India + International), Invoice Processing, Accounts Reconciliation, Fundamentals of International Law, and Financial Control Measures. **Additional Details:** - USA Base shift time: 4 PM to 1 AM.,
