Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Strategy and Transaction Services (TSE) department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M&A life cycle, carve-out/integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation. Build relationships with EY offices across the globe and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Assist in business development activities, including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings. Support the execution of the carve-out/integration plan, identifying areas for improvement and resolving integration issues. Create work products documenting engagement procedures performed against objectives. Manage client engagement teams executing TSE services to support key decision-makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy. Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals, conducting timely performance reviews for employees and developing other professionals through effective performance feedback and training. Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Senior Managers on proposals and new business opportunities. ### Job Requirements Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a premier institute. Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out/integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas. Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts. Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas. Strong problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
