Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Strategy Consulting & Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CDD, strategy, and operations, with expertise in telecom/technology sectors. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead case teams to provide solutions to unstructured client problems. Demonstrate expertise in CDDs and/or strategy & operations within target industries. Develop growth and portfolio optimization strategies for clients. Conduct market entry assessments and strategic options analysis. Manage commercial due diligence studies and lead a team of professionals. Support business development activities by leading pursuits and strengthening long-standing relationships with EY-Parthenon clients. ### Job Requirements Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets, preferably from a commercial due diligence standpoint. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and working knowledge of VBA, Python. Master’s degree and strong people management skills. Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Thomson, etc., and experience working with global stakeholders. Structured thought process and ability to articulate thoughts clearly. Problem-solving skills and commercial acumen. Understanding of Databases – Thomson, CapIQ, etc. Well-versed with tech tools would be a plus. Experience in commercial due diligences. Project management skills. Exposure to tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.
