We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy and Transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, and portfolio reviews. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead case teams to provide solutions to unstructured client problems. Demonstrate expertise in CDDs and/or strategy & operations within target industries – Healthcare & Lifesciences. Develop growth and market entry strategies using EY's proprietary Capital Agenda framework. Conduct strategic portfolio reviews and undertake commercial due diligence studies. Support business development activities by leading pursuits and strengthening long-standing relationships with EY-Parthenon clients. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise. ### Job Requirements Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets, preferably from a commercial due diligence standpoint. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and working knowledge of VBA, Python. Master’s degree. Strong people management skills. Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Thomson, etc. Structured thought process and ability to articulate thoughts clearly. Experience working with Global Stakeholders. Understanding of Databases – Thomson, CapIQ, etc. Well-versed with tech tools would be a plus.
