SAP Workflow Consultant

The SAP Technical Analyst position is a crucial role within the ERP team, offering you the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, architects, AMS providers to ensure the timely delivery of secure and compliant technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include delivering enhancements and system fixes related to ERP developments (RICEFW) in collaboration with our AMS providers. You will be accountable for release management in SAP, utilizing ABAP, SAPUI5, SQL, and Native SQL for developments and enhancements. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, implementation partners, and AMS providers, you will enable business outcomes and ensure the optimal functionality of SAP. You will also provide technical guidance and effort estimates for new solutions, ensuring they are well-documented and easy to understand. Supporting ongoing operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing change management communication will be part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure that all changes and enhancements meet the required quality and compliance standards (GxP, SOX). Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in developing and configuring solutions (RICEFW) using Solution Manager (ChaRM), ABAP, SAPUI5, UI5, SQL, Native SQL, SAP HANA - Knowledge of various interfacing scenarios in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) such as XML to IDocs/BAPI, File to IDocs/BAPI, HTTP to IDocs/BAPI, ABAP Proxy to JDBC; experience with Solution Manager and ServiceNow for release management - Strong experience in the development, configuration, solution evaluation, and validation of Workflow and deployment of Fiori Apps on Enterprise Portal - Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business requirements in simple language - Capability to manage multiple projects and competing requirements with good time management skills - Good to have knowledge of BTP Additional Skills/Preferences: - Understanding of business processes in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain and compliance with GxP - Understanding of SAP business processes and integration with SAP modules like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Finance (FI),
