About the Role :

Our client, a trusted SAP consulting firm, is seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training on SAP International Trade Management (ITM) with a focus on licenses data, product classification, and INTRASTAT processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for SAP professionals who enjoy enabling end-users, super users, and project teams to succeed during complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver training materials and workshops covering SAP ITM functionalities, including license data management, product classification, and INTRASTAT reporting.

- Work closely with project stakeholders, functional leads, and end-users to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.

- Conduct virtual training sessions, demos, and hands-on practice labs to ensure knowledge transfer and user readiness.

- Support end-users during testing (UAT) phases by clarifying functional processes and answering queries.

- Contribute training content, user manuals, quick reference guides, and post-training support documentation.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience across multiple end-to-end projects.

- Direct involvement in at least one SAP ITM implementation project.

- Solid understanding of license data management, product classification, and INTRASTAT processes within the SAP ITM framework.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear, engaging training remotely.

- Ability to work effectively in a European time zone shift while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
