SAP TM / SAP IBP Experienced resource required Analyze business requirements and design SAP TM solutions to support transportation processes (planning, execution, freight settlement). Configure SAP TM modules (Basic Shipping, Advanced Shipping, Freight Order Management, etc.). Work closely with cross-functional teams (SAP SD, MM, EWM, and external logistics partners). Lead TM implementation or upgrade projects including blueprinting, testing, data migration, training, and support. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation. Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules and third-party logistics systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in SAP TM implementations/support. Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier selection, freight booking, charge calculation, and tracking. Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
