SAP TM FUNCTIONAL-Senior

Role Overview: As a SAP TM Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements. You will work on implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications, providing functional and business process expertise to the project team. Your role will involve leading design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and cutover activities for both standalone SAP systems and embedded SAP TM in S4 HANA. Additionally, you will integrate SAP TM systems with other modules of SAP/S4 HANA and 3rd party systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, conduct gap analysis, write function specifications, configure, test, and manage cutover activities for SAP TM module in SAP and S4 HANA projects - Integrate SAP TM system with other SAP/S4 HANA modules and 3rd party systems - Provide functional expertise, resolve TM related client issues, mentor junior team members, and handle complex TM scenarios - Assist in sales activities, write proposals, define SAP TM scope, effort estimation, and present SAP TM capability to potential clients - Contribute to implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support - Collaborate with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by addressing business needs effectively Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area - 5+ years of experience in SAP, with 3+ years in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM - Good functional and business knowledge in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM 9.5 version - Ability to interact with cross-functional teams for integration scenarios - Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teams - Knowledge of BRF plus, PPF, BOPF, ABAP, and debugging would be advantageous - Desired SAP certification on SAP TM Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network across six locations.
