We are looking for Techno-Functional Consultants

hands-on Salesforce or Conga experience

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage prior

  Salesforce or Conga Q2C experience

  to understand client requirements and align them with the new product capabilities.
• Participate in

  product-specific training

  and rapidly acquire expertise in configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and validate

  Q2C processes

  on the new platform, including quoting, pricing, orders, invoicing, and billing flows.
• Support

  functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities

  .
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure integration with Salesforce or Conga systems works as intended.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for reuse across clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of total experience, with

  3+ years in Salesforce or Conga Q2C processes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or Conga Billing

  modules.
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes

  quoting, pricing, discounts, orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply configuration on a

  low-code/no-code platform

  .
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce or Conga integrations

  and troubleshooting related issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Salesforce

  Administrator

  or

  CPQ Specialist

  certification preferred.
