Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports. The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization

Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for SF Story Reports.

Report Development:

Design and develop Story Reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
Utilize the Query Designer to create data sources and build queries for reports.
Create visualizations, including charts, tables, and dashboards, that clearly communicate key insights.

Data Management:

Integrate and blend data from multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports by conducting thorough testing and validation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into actionable Story Reports.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to run, interpret, and utilize reports effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
Implement enhancements and optimizations to existing reports based on user feedback and new functionalities.
Manage the end-to-end process of report development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure timely completion of projects and adhere to quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation for report development processes and configurations.
Experience with Optimized Story Experience and understanding of its limitations and advantages.

Your skills

Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
4-5 years experience in SuccessFactors Story Reports is a must.
Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset
Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus.
SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation)
Expertise in provisioning system.
