🎓 Certification: Must be valid and obtained before June 2021

We are now looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, with proven expertise in RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding
• Proven project experience with RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0
• Valid Recruiting Certification, obtained before June 2021
• Valid Onboarding 2.0 Certification, obtained before June 2023
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions in a global delivery environment

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Lead Recruiting & Onboarding implementation and enhancement projects
• Configure RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0 modules
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery and client satisfaction
