We are now looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, with proven expertise in RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0. 🔍 What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Proven project experience with RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0 Valid Recruiting Certification, obtained before June 2021 Valid Onboarding 2.0 Certification, obtained before June 2023 Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and drive solutions in a global delivery environment 💡 What You’ll Do: Lead Recruiting & Onboarding implementation and enhancement projects Configure RCM, RMK and ONB 2.0 modules Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery and client satisfaction 🤝 Why Join Jigsaw Cloud?
