About the Role

SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain

  RCM and RMK

  modules
• Lead recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and email templates
• Manage integration between Recruiting and Employee Central
• Support RMK career site setup, branding, and candidate experience
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and end-user training
• Troubleshoot and resolve recruiting-related issues
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deploy solutions
• Prepare functional documentation and configuration workbooks

Required Skills

• 36 years of experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
• Strong understanding of

  Recruit-to-Hire

  processes
• Proficient in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Recruiting Data Model
• Experience with RMK site setup and branding
• SAP Certification in Recruiting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
