The SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules. This role involves close collaboration with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to deliver seamless talent acquisition solutions and engaging candidate experiences.
Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end implementation of RCM and RMK modules.
Configure job requisition workflows, approval processes, and offer letter templates.
Design and build career sites using Career Site Builder (CSB).
Set up candidate application workflows and communication templates.
System Management & Support
Provide ongoing support for RCM/RMK modules, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
Maintain documentation including configuration guides and user manuals.
Integration
Integrate RCM/RMK with other SAP modules like Onboarding and Employee Central.
Ensure smooth data flow between SAP and third-party recruitment tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HR, recruiters, and marketing to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Recruitment Marketing
Leverage RMK to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
Optimize job distribution across social media, job boards, and other channels.
Create personalized and engaging candidate experiences.
Education & Certification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in RCM, RMK, and Career Site Builder (CSB) is highly desirable

Strong expertise in:
Job requisition and offer letter configuration.
Career Site Builder (CSB) design and setup.
Candidate status sets and recruiting settings.
Integration with SAP modules (Onboarding, Employee Central) and third-party systems.
Good understanding of data models, workflow configurations, and system troubleshooting.
Functional & Soft Skills
Ability to collaborate with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Passion for creating engaging candidate experiences and improving recruitment processes.
