Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of our Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Design and develop detailed cross-functional project plans, proactively managing project timelines. Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing potential issues to ensure project success. Develop and control project budgets, performing financial management and risk oversight. Foster strong communication across the project, providing regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures. Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Relevant certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is desirable. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Proficiency in project management software tools and the ability to work virtually with global teams.
