SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant/Administrator to join our HR team.
This individual will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the SuccessFactors Onboarding module. The role will involve streamlining the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires, and integrating the onboarding experience with other HR systems to foster a welcoming and efficient start for new employees.
4-9 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module or other employee onboarding systems.
Experience in managing onboarding processes, including compliance documentation, employee engagement, and workflow management. Experience working with HRIS, HR technologies, or similar software tools is highly beneficial.
Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors Onboarding module, including configuration, workflows, and document management.
Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, compliance requirements, and best practices in onboarding. Ability to design and implement workflows, checklists, and automated tasks in the Onboarding system. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training users and providing support to employees and managers. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams.
