Role & responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Key responsibilities

Project implementation:
Lead and deliver end-to-end S/4HANA SD implementations in a Private Cloud environment.
Requirements gathering:
Collaborate with various process owner to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configuration and customization:
Configure and customize the S/4HANA SD module, including Master Data and different sales scenarios.
Process knowledge:
Apply in-depth knowledge of sales and distribution processes like Sales Forecasting and Tax Code creation .. etc.
Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of the SAP SD module with other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Finance & Controlling (FICO), Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM)
Documentation:
Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and effective usage of the SAP SD functionalities. Provide regular support to end-users to ensure smooth functioning of their day toady activities of SAP Sales Distribution Module.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales Distribution modules.
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales planning processes, including Master Data,Sales Planning and Tax Codes related to different sales category.
Proficiency in functional specifications and system configuration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required.
SAP SD Module certification is highly preferred.

Integration experience with Zoho CRM system and troubleshooting
