Ability to define business requirements and conduct
fit-gap analysis
against standard SF EC solutions
Provide
HCM best practice consulting
for clients migrating to
SAP HCM Cloud solutions
Translate business requirements into configuration objects and create solution designs aligned with best practices
Hands-on experience in:

Metadata Framework (MDF)
Foundation objects
, associations
Business rules
and
workflows
All relevant
data models
Strong command over
XML configuration
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
