SAP SuccessFactors ECP Trainee (Payroll Specialist)

The job is based in Bhubaneswar/Bangalore/Hyderabad with the initial six months requiring the candidate to be present in Hyderabad for training. The role falls under the SAP SuccessFactors department. Key Responsibilities: - Processing and reviewing employee hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions. - Ensuring compliance by overseeing proper deductions for benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other withholdings. - Generating reports related to employee data. - Assisting employees with onboarding processes including tax withholding and benefits enrollment. - Handling year-end responsibilities such as preparing and distributing W-2s and other country-specific tax documents. - Collaborating with HR for employee status changes like new hires, terminations, and promotions.
