Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience
• 3-6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)• Strong understanding of Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, off-cycle processing• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)• Familiar with EC to ECP integration and replication errors• Working knowledge of statutory tax compliance, retro pay, and country-specific configuration• Solid understanding of EC core structure (Job Info, Org Structure, Work Schedule)• Experience with Payroll Reporting, Payroll Logs, and Payroll KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Certified in SuccessFactors EC Payroll• Knowledge of Employee Central Time Off, Benefits, or Global Payroll is a plus• Experience in multi-country payroll environments• Familiarity with cloud integrations and middleware platforms (SAP CPI, PI)
