Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team of problem solvers with deep consulting and industry experience. Your role will involve supporting and leading critical payroll implementations, managing SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configurations, handling replication across systems, and solving complex technical challenges while ensuring delivery excellence for our clients.

Demonstrate strong project management skills, balancing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Core Payroll Expertise:

Strong expertise in SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) and SAP On-Premise Payroll.

Hands-on experience in:

Wage type configuration, benefits integration, off-cycle activities, third-party remittance.

Payroll schemas, features, functions, and operations in outsourced models.

Garnishments, deductions, posting to accounting, tax structure (BSI Tax Factory), accruals, and reporting.

Union payroll configuration and check form design.

Payroll Control Center configuration for validations and processing.

Integration with SAP FI, SAP Time, and Benefits Modules.

Knowledge of BSI SAAS and EFORMS Factory maintenance and integration.

Replication Expertise:

Configure and manage replication of employee data between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and external systems.

Set up and manage replication interfaces (EC to ECC, EC to third-party).

Utilize tools like SAP CPI, OData APIs, and SAP Data Services for data synchronization.

Handle monitoring, error resolution, root cause analysis, and remediation of replication issues.

Collaborate with technical and vendor teams to ensure integration integrity and minimal business disruption.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience with SAP Payroll configuration for both gross and net payroll.

Experience with Tax Reporter, open enrolment, year-end activities, and support pack implementations.

Experience defining and implementing payroll catalogs under collective bargaining agreements.

Experience in SAP Benefits and SAP Time Management modules.

Skilled in creating custom operations, rules, and configurations.

Familiarity with ITIL 4 frameworks and incident/change/problem management principles.

Experience in multi-country or international payroll environments is a strong plus.

Working knowledge of other payroll tools and platforms is an added advantage.

Certifications (Preferred):

ITIL 4 Certification

SAP certifications (Payroll, EC, or ECP) are a plus.
