Description
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations. Your primary focus will be to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs, conduct workshops, and design tailored solutions. Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules will be a key aspect of your role, including benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and integrations with third-party vendors. - Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide guidance on global benefits best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations, troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements. - Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. - Stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices. - Proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes. - Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with an excellent academic record. - Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits.
