Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, CVP, Recruitment Management & Onboarding, Succession, and Career Development Planning. Your role will involve leading production support projects, ensuring SLAs are met, and providing valuable solutions to customers. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with international clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to understand and address customer issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors to work on modules like Employee Central, PMGM, CVP, Recruitment Management & Onboarding, Succession, and Career Development Planning - Lead production support projects, maintain SLAs, and provide valuable solutions to customers - Communicate effectively with international clients - Collaborate with the team to understand and address customer issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors - Strong communication and client-facing skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment (Note: Certification is not mandatory for this role.),
