SAP Successfactor Onboarding

Job Description: As a SuccessFactors Onboarding and EC certified consultant, you are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SF Onboarding and at least 3 large-scale implementations for SuccessFactors customers in Onboarding 2.0 with a Global Template approach. Your knowledge of how information flows between EC, Recruiting, ONB, and to EC is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and lead discussions with the business process owners of the customer independently. - Suggest solutions based on leading practices. - Think creatively and propose scalable solutions/workarounds aligning with the overall product strategy. - Be hands-on with configuration and familiar with the deliverables associated with the SAP Activate methodology. Qualifications Required: - SuccessFactors Onboarding and EC certification. - Minimum 5 years of SF Onboarding experience. - Proven experience in large-scale implementation projects. - Strong understanding of information flow between EC, Recruiting, and ONB. - Ability to independently engage with business process owners and provide solutions. - Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.,
