SAP Successfactor Onboarding

As a SuccessFactors Onboarding and EC certified consultant, you are expected to have completed a minimum of 3 large-scale implementations for SuccessFactors customers in Onboarding 2.0 utilizing a Global Template approach. It is crucial that you possess a deep understanding of how information flows between EC, Recruiting, ONB, and to EC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and leading discussions with the business process owners of the customer independently. Your ability to suggest solutions based on leading practices is essential. You should demonstrate creativity in thinking and be able to propose scalable solutions and workarounds that align with the overall product strategy. As a consultant, hands-on configuration experience is a must, and you should be familiar with the deliverables associated with the SAP Activate methodology. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SF Onboarding is required to excel in this role.
