Position Overview

SAP SuccessFactors & HR Consultant

Visa processing costs should be included in the commercial proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and the NDBS India team to deliver SAP SuccessFactors and HR solutions.
• Provide consulting expertise across relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.
• Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
• Ensure alignment of HR processes with business needs and SAP best practices.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide functional support during the engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience with

  SAP SuccessFactors

  and HR processes.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with offshore and onsite teams.

• Fluency in English

  is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel onsite and remain in Saudi Arabia for the assignment duration.
