Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the implementation and rollout of
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
.
Configure EC modules, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure Time Off elements such as
absence types, accrual rules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and workflows
Manage data migration, validation, and integration with other systems (e.g., payroll, time, benefits).
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Create and maintain documentation, including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
Conduct training sessions for HR users and administrators

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
.
SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with integrations is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
