SAP SOM Functional Consultant

As an experienced SAP Consultant with over 3 years of professional experience, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP SOM or SAP CRM modules to align with specific business requirements. Your role will involve a deep understanding of SAP SOM or SAP CRM modules and their integration with other modules within the SAP system. You will need to have a strong grasp of CRM business processes and the ability to analyze complex business processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Your communication skills will be crucial as you will be required to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you should be adept at managing project backlogs and possess strong presentation and communication skills. Collaboration is key in this role, and you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: - Understanding the customer's business processes and requirements to determine how SAP SOM or SAP CRM modules can effectively support them - Designing and configuring solutions within SAP SOM or SAP CRM modules to meet customer requirements - Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SOM or SAP CRM processes, including issue resolution and identifying opportunities for improvement - Managing project backlogs, identifying risks, and handling change requests in a timely manner - Collaborating with functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery - Remaining up-to-date with the latest SAP SOM or SAP CRM functionality and best practices, and sharing this knowledge with customers and colleagues proactively If you possess a passion for learning and staying current with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices, along with business proficiency in English, this role as an SAP Consultant could be an exciting opportunity for you.,
