6 - 9 years of SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects.
Deep understanding of system landscape & SAP Architecture Good understanding of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes. Hands on experiance in Release management Performs advanced SAP Solution Manager tasks as well as work in conjunction with other technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Build and maintain documentation and standards. Responsible for delivering high quality services to the clients by resolving issues ensuring that the issues are resolved within client SLA agreements • Suggest solution which will benefit the clients like System Improvement Plan to increase performance, provide cost benefit etc.; • Automating manual tasks by implementing automatic alert mechanism like Solution Manager or third party monitoring tool; • Strong working experience on multiple OS & DB • Reporting of the service status / Metrics on a weekly or monthly basis to all stake holders. • Documenting new process and periodically reviewing changes to documents; • Design, Implement and Support the SAP solution in solution manager • Contribute to competency and work on PoC/PoV's • Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions / methodology etc. • Regular connect with SAP Solution manager world & its functionality developed by SAP to implement & prepare white paper to demonstrate capabilities. • Develop capabilities within competencies. • Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing / lead role Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience/exposure Flexible to work in different time zones Mumbai, India
