Job Description

The SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Performance and Goal Management module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. This role ensures alignment of organizational goals with employee performance objectives and facilitates continuous feedback and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Calibration, and 360 Reviews.
Customize templates for goal plans, performance forms, and rating scales.
Set up workflows, permissions, and role-based access for PMGM processes.

Business Analysis

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Align individual goals with organizational objectives using Goal Management features.

Continuous Performance Management

Enable ongoing feedback mechanisms and check-ins between employees and managers.
Support calibration sessions to ensure fair and consistent performance ratings.

Integration & Testing

Work with technical teams to integrate PMGM with other SAP SF modules (Employee Central, Learning, Compensation).
Conduct system testing and UAT for PMGM functionalities.

Training & Support

Develop user guides and provide end-user training.
Troubleshoot and resolve PMGM-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.
5 years of experience
in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on PMGM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management best practices.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance and Goals is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
