Job Description

As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant at Capgemini, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module. Your key responsibilities will include: - Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant. - Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module. - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation and Recruiting. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules. - SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification. - In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities. - Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices. - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation and Recruiting.
