Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module (including salary planning, bonus planning, and stock options).
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design compensation processes.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles and ensure accurate data integration with other SF modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for compensation analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes (salary, bonus, incentives).
  • Knowledge of integration with Employee Central and other HR systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
