JD for SAP Service Management Manager Level

Experience – (7-10Years)

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service related modules.
  • Understanding of service-related business processes – In house repair, Field Service Repair, Workshop repair, Service contract-based repair, Execution order process.
  • In-depth knowledge one Service Quotations, Service Contracts, Service orders, Service Order confirmation, Maintenance Service Order. Recurring Services.
  • Must have worked on at least 1 implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Service in a Lead role.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge on cross topic integration with FICO, SD, MM,PM, CATS etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the service management system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
  • Ability to handle business stakeholders.
  • Strong configuration knowledge in SAP S4HANA Service.
