SAP SD Testing

You will be responsible for SAP SD Testing, focusing on Sales and Distribution, within a prominent Indian multinational corporation specializing in information technology (IT), consulting, and business process services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expertise in SAP testing, with experience in SAP S4 implementation being a plus - Understanding overall SDLC and Testing life cycle - Demonstrating good oral and written communication skills - Ensuring good documentation and presentation skills - Coordinating with Business analyst, ABAB team, and Functional analyst - Understanding core SAP functional business process flow - Designing end-to-end business process flow - Utilizing Test management tools effectively - Creating and implementing software testing planning and strategy - Following testing best practices, standards, methodologies, testing metrics, and defect life cycle - Managing and maintaining different testing KPIs - Training and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies - Tracking efforts for all tasks - Ensuring development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and defect management - Continuously improving testing and validation processes and motivating the team - Collaborating with the automation team in sharing functional knowledge, script development, and remediation - Preparing Test reporting Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 6 years of experience in SAP Testing - Proficiency in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders - Experience in managing and maintaining testing KPIs - Strong understanding of software testing planning, strategy, and best practices - Excellent communication and documentation skills Please note that this is a Contract to Hire position based in Bangalore with a hybrid mode of work.
