Job Title: SAP SD Lead Consultant Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune Job Type: Full Time Notice Period: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP SD Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules and will be responsible for leading the SD module implementation, configuration, and support for various projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, and ensuring that the SAP system supports the organization's needs in sales, order management, pricing, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP SD module in collaboration with business stakeholders. Gather business requirements, map them to SAP SD functionality, and develop solutions. Configure SAP SD to meet business requirements, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Logistics Execution. Provide expert-level knowledge in SAP SD and guide teams through system configuration and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, LE, etc.) and non-SAP systems. Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and support the development of user manuals and documentation. Oversee and manage the testing phase, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production issues related to SAP SD functionality. Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and report creation. Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and innovations, providing recommendations on new features and best practices. Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead a team of junior consultants and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SD with at least 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations. Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Integration with other SAP modules (MM, WM, LE). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Ability to understand and map complex business processes to SAP solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business and IT teams. Experience in leading a team of consultants and providing mentorship. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules and external systems. Desirable Experience: Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Cloud solutions. Expertise in managing SAP upgrades and migrations. SAP Certification in Sales & Distribution module (preferred). Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and other SAP tools. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. High attention to detail and thorough documentation skills.
