Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and support of the SAP SD module, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SD functionality, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between SAP SD and other modules like MM (Material Management), FICO (Finance and Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management).
Perform testing of SAP SD configurations and enhancements to ensure business requirements are met.
Provide SAP SD support post-go-live, resolving issues, and ensuring system optimization.
Conduct end-user training and provide documentation on SAP SD processes, including best practices.
Perform system upgrades and patch management for the SAP SD module.
Assist in gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and preparing system design documents.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize the SAP SD system to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Lead and mentor junior team members in SAP SD-related tasks and configurations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module configuration, implementation, and support.
Experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP SD implementations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration (order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.).
Strong experience in SAP SD integration with other modules such as MM, FICO, and WM.
Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
