Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Windows Admin professional with 6-15 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Administration and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for desktop and server platforms.
Identify and analyze patches, and provide third-line support to client support teams when required.
Analyze technical changes affecting the SOE at an operational level.
Troubleshoot issues using logical thinking and effective communication skills.
Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality services and maintain strong relationships.
Provide expert-level support for Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows-related technologies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) 2012/2013 and SCCM.
Excellent analytical, methodical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Client-focused service delivery approach.
MCSE/MCP Certification in Windows is preferred.
Understanding of Software Deployment and Remote Support Tools.
Experience with Remedy/EARS/ServiceNOW or similar tools.
A strong understanding of MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) 2012/2013 is required.
Desktop/Server Deployment Experience and/or SCCM experience is necessary.
