Job Description

Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Credit Management.
Perform business process analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support system enhancements.
Execute integration testing with MM, WM, FI, and other modules.
Provide support for incidents, change requests, and production issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of SD processes with business needs.
Prepare documentation (AS-IS, TO-BE, functional specs, test cases, and user manuals).
Conduct user training and support UAT.
Participate in rollout, upgrade, and S/4HANA migration projects. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for Business Blueprint document for SD
ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFCs processing
Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
Handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLA s (Service Level Agreements)
Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
Executing the required changes through configuration
Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
Raising Change Requests (CR s) and writing Functional Specifications for them
Preparing test data for testing of CR s (Change Requests)
Testing CR s (Change Requests) and preparing test results
Carrying out regression testing

Must have technical skill

Hands-on experience with IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, User Exits, BADIs, and interface monitoring.
Experience in RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Understanding of Batch/Serial number management, ATP, and Partner functions.
Knowledge of LSMW / LTMC for data migration.
Exposure to S/4HANA SD simplifications (Fiori apps, Business Partner, new credit management).
