As a Lead SAP consultant, your role will involve guiding advisory consulting engagements in sales transformation and leading SAP S/4HANA projects during implementation and rollout in sales transformation. You should have strong experience in SAP process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, testing, and deployment within Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution. Your responsibilities will include solution design, functional testing, providing best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance. You will also be expected to research and resolve cross-functional or production issues, collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine technical details into user stories with acceptance criteria, and work independently to address complex problems. You should possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with a global team and end-users, and prepare documents and presentations in alignment with Capgemini and customer standards. Your role will involve coordinating and executing all phases of the project, including estimating, component selection, design, and post-implementation support. Excellent communication skills, a consulting mindset, and a proven track record of contributing to team-oriented environments in SAP implementation projects for Sales & Distribution or Logistics Execution are essential. In addition, you should have knowledge of master data configuration, configuration and customization of various SD & LE scenarios, and expertise in areas such as Order to cash management, Intercompany stock transfer, Sales rebate, output management, reporting, and Sales dashboard preparation. Familiarity with interfaces, EDI, and IDOCs, hands-on configuration experience, and data migration expertise in SD or LE are preferable. Domain experience in shipping processing, the manufacturing industry, and merchandising sales, along with project management skills, would be advantageous. We value excellent leadership, written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal abilities. Preferably, you should hold a certification in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and have experience working on projects delivered in an agile methodology.
