SAP-S4Hana - Senior Manager

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience to lead our GDS TechOps Team in Cebu, providing global Application Management Support to various clients across all regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and ITSM processes, with a proven track record of managing large-scale applications in a complex, multi-platform environment. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead and mentor the entire Application Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within GDS and across EY. Develop business cases, KPIs, and benefits realization plans, and measure KPIs to ensure successful execution and delivery of engagements. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery success through management and leadership of large-scale engagements and projects. Stay ahead of new technologies, industry best practices, and market trends to hone the skills and capabilities of the competency. Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies, understanding current IT environments and industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences. At least 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role focused on application management. Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology, and how it interacts with application lifecycle management principles. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale applications in a complex, multi-platform environment. Extensive experience in service delivery management and client management, working with various regions in a global setting. Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Strong client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Relevant Service Delivery Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.).
