SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead

Experience: 6 - 9 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead to spearhead end-to-end migration projects for enterprise-level clients transitioning to the S/4HANA platform. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting complex migrations using tools such as SUM DMO and SWPM , while ensuring system stability and performance. Your in-depth knowledge of HANA database architecture and SAP upgrade processes will be critical to project success. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. As a senior member of the team, you ll also have opportunities to mentor junior consultants and play a pivotal role in defining migration best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects. Design and implement migration strategies tailored to specific customer requirements. Utilize tools such as SUM DMO and SWPM for system migrations. Perform system assessments, upgrades, and landscape transformation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status. Provide Go-Live and post-migration support, including performance optimization and issue resolution. Develop comprehensive technical documentation for all migration phases. Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP Basis and migration best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot SAP BASIS and HANA-related issues. Requirements 6-9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and migration projects. Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects . Minimum of 4 SAP upgrades executed in a hands-on capacity. Strong expertise in S/4HANA conversion methodologies and heterogeneous migrations. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database architecture and administration. Proficient in using SUM DMO , SWPM , and other SAP migration tools. Experience with SAP Cloud (BTP, HANA Cloud) is a plus. Familiarity with Solution Manager , Java stack , BODS , and WebDispatcher is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
