Quality Assurance Lead

You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute robust test plans and test cases. Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and improve product quality. Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes and new features. Participate in requirement and design review sessions to ensure testability. Maintain and update test scripts in automated testing frameworks. Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports on software quality metrics. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and methodologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium , TestNG , or similar. Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or Trello . Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Solid communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured .
