Description
As an SAP S/4HANA Retail Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Retail solutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging retail industry best practices within SAP S/4HANA to optimize retail operations, improve customer experience, and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather retail business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions. - Configure, customize, and implement SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities such as Master Data (Articles, Sites, Assortments), Pricing, Promotions, Listing, B2B and B2C Sales, Delivery Fulfillment, POS outbound/Inbound, POSDM functions, Advanced ATP, Assortment list, Credit FSCM, Procurement, EDI, Stock transfer processing, consignment Retail processing, and Replenishment. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure business alignment and usability. - Manage and configure SAP Retail Master Data (Articles, Site, Merchandise Category, Listing, and Assortments, Assortment list). - Ensure proper assortment planning and listing control for effective merchandising and store operations. - Define and maintain pricing structures, markdowns, and promotional strategies using SAP Retail Pricing. - Ensure consistent pricing and discount structures across omnichannel platforms. - Design and optimize Point-of-Sale (POS) integration with SAP S/4HANA for real-time sales data processing and POS Master data Outbound processing. - Work on SAP Retail Inventory Management to optimize stock levels including special stocks, availability, and stock valuation. - Configure and support SAP Replenishment processes for efficient stock distribution across retail stores. - Design and optimize order management processes within SAP SD, considering telecom retail industry best practices. - Streamline order-to-cash processes, including pricing, availability checks, delivery, and invoicing. Monitor order status and troubleshoot any issues related to order processing and fulfillment. - Integrate SAP S/4HANA with E-Commerce platforms, SAP Hybris, and digital sales channels. - Ensure smooth order fulfillment between stores, warehouses, and digital storefronts. - Configure Purchase Orders (POs), Stock Transfers (STOs), and Vendor Management processes in SAP MM & SAP Retail. - Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance procurement efficiency. - Understand SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics to provide insights into sales trends, stock movements, and profitability. - Analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvements. - Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on SAP Retail functionalities and best practices. - Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP Retail processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor of Computer Engineering - Minimum 7+ years of experience as an SAP Retail Consultant. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail, with expertise in: - OMNI Sales processes - Inventory Management - SAP FIORI - Replenishment Planning - Store Operations - Proven experience in SAP Retail and POS integration, ensuring seamless communication between in-store systems and SAP backend. - Ability to debug SAP programs and possess technical knowledge to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Strong ABAP skills to analyze the code, and write expert routines. - Proactively involved in design discussions, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into SAP solutions. - Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, and Store Operations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions proactively.,
