Job Description

Role Overview: As a transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will provide strategic advice on revenue and cost accounting to the controller of an organization. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing changes in cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, and margin analysis while ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards. Your role will involve leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling for Cost Accounting, engaging with business stakeholders to design their cost accounting processes, configuring SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) to meet specific business requirements, leading business workshops, training business users, and testing processes. Designing SAP PAPM would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advice on revenue and cost accounting - Offer expertise on implementing changes in cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, and margin analysis - Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling for Cost Accounting - Engage with business stakeholders to design cost accounting processes - Configure SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) to meet business requirements - Lead business workshops, train users, and test processes - Design SAP PAPM (optional) Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in controlling/business finance team - Experience in product cost accounting, overhead allocation, planning & budgeting, project accounting, and margin analysis - Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards - End user experience of SAP Controlling - Experience in designing and implementing SAP Controlling in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA preferred - Prior advisory or consulting experience is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to influence change and provide actionable recommendations Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse group of 340,000 team members in over 50 countries.
