Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Configuration Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead, assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements.
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate and manage the team to perform, making key decisions and providing solutions to problems across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration processes, suggesting improvements.

Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems.

Analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues, providing technical support to the team.

Develop and maintain documentation of configuration management processes and procedures.

Job

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and experience with software customization and integration.

Familiarity with business process design methodologies and ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues.

Experience working with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and functionality of software.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to problems across multiple teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and manage the team.
